Hare Krishna Prabhu,

Please accept my humble obeisances,

ALL GLORIES TO SRILA PRABHUPADA

I started reading Swamiji's diaries (starting from Vol.4) a couple of weeks ago, and the contents were nectarine for my eyes. I am now totally hooked onto his diaries, but nearly 2 weeks ago, the site went offline and I kept checking every day to see if it was back online.

I am very happy to see the Traveling Preacher website come back online.

I usually print out the chapters and read whenever I get free time.

Once again, thank you for granting us this opportunity, and if there is any service I could perform please do not hesitate to contact me.

Your servant
Hemant

Hare Krishna Mataji,

Please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Thank you very much for including me in this nectarian group. Writings of HH IDSM give us lot of inspiration in our KC.
Its really very amazing how MAHARAJ is preaching in the places where many of us can't even survive in our KC.
I beg for a drop of His mercy so that I can sincerely follow my authorities here at ISKCON Pune.

Hari Bhol,

PAMHO
AGTSP,

I am big time fan of Indradyumna Swami maharaj. There is not a single article to my knowledge in this site(http://www.traveling-preacher.com) which i didn't feel like reading again and again. The article carries a lot spiritual weight and anyone with sincere heart and who is seeking/trying to love god will surely become a devotee. I don't have words to express how much inner statisfaction I get after reading this articles.

Personally if you ask me about maharaj's articles, I would say they are real nectar and a health tonic to increase one's spiritual strength and belief in god. From maharaj's various article one can very easily make out maharaj's dedication and commitment towards his spiritual master Srila Prabhupada.
Hardly one can find such a devotee who has whole heartedly sacrificied his life for spreading the Krishna Consciousness movement in nook and corner of the world. Truly Srila Prabhupadas each disciple have a unique quality which is special in some way or the other.

My humble request to maharaj would be to keep writing such inspiritional articles so that fallen souls like me would take up krishna Consciousness seriously one day or the other. I sincerely pray to Krishna to protect you from any harm and grant you good health to carry on this service forever.

All glories to Indradyumna Swami maharaj.
Indradyumna Swami maharaj ki Jay !!!!

I am jahnavi from South Africa and I have been reading these diaries from HH Ids for a long time and I must say that these spiritual writings are a lesson to us all that maharaj is truly a submissive son of Srila Prabhupada and he is following in his footsteps. Srila Prabhupada preached all over the world despite his health and maharaj is doing the same service preaching in many countries despite his health or the circumstances, this is an example to us all that we should try our best to help maharaj help Srila Prabhupada in his mission to please lord Krsna. Thank u very much maharaj for your loving service to my sweet grandfather:-) and keep up the jolly spirits that's makes us all smile.

Dear Maharaj,

Please accept my humble obeisances!
All glories to Srila Prabhupad!

I live in Dubai (Middle East) , where public preaching of other religions and distribution of books are prohibited. So internet is a great way of association. I didnt find and will not find more inspirational and awakening blog on the internet than your diary. Your mercy to fallen souls like me with your real insights can get me carry on my Krishna Consciousness until death.
As for me, this is like a virtual reality. Every sentence in your diary creates an emotion in me; the fear of the skinheads, the realizations of various people you meet, the WoodStock festival , the sankirtan lead by Sri Prahlada Das, the Indian wedding ceremony of the blind mathaji... I can feel myself literally walking down the streets of Poland. Sure one day before I leave this body I'ld like to attend one of these. I pray to Krishna to make this happen. More over I have asked a whole lot of my youth & adult friends to read this diary (these days blogging is a big fad, so why not read the best blog !), many of them have taken up Krishna Consciousness seriously. I sincerely pray to Krishna to protect you from any harm and grant you good health to carry on this service forever.

Dear Indradyumna Swamiji,

Some time back, I had come across your website (www.traveling-preacher.com), and since then, I have been reading your articles regularly.
I would like to thank you for the immense service you are doing to Shri RadhaKrishn, by writing those beautiful, insightful accounts of your preaching life.
It is a very good way to inspire people. Not many saints are willing to lay bare their internal thoughts and feelings.
But you are doing Vaishnavism a great service, by giving an insight into the challenges a preacher faces, and how he overcomes them through bhakti of Shri Radha Krishn and faith in one's Gurudev.Needless to say, you are a beacon of inspiration not only to your disciples, but to all Vaishnavas.
Please, please, please, continue to write those wonderful accounts.

On reading your diary, I realized what hostilities and dangers ISKCON members face in countries like Poland. It is only through the incredible courage and tireless efforts of you and your disciples that Vaishnavism is flourishing in Eastern Europe, a region otherwise neglected by most acharyas. To your selfless, courageous and inspiring service, Shri Radha Krishn will surely be graciously pleased.

This is perhaps the only online forum, where one can learn to such meticulous detail, what pain a charyas like you entail, to bring our eternal Sanatan Dharm to hostile communities, which do not even hesitate to use force against our harmless, well-meaning, Vaishnava brethren. I hope your tireless and fearless efforts will open the eyes of us people, who are sitting comfortably in developed nations, and taking the priviledge to practise Vaishnavism for granted.

Your accounts will hopefully make Vaishnavas realize the true value of the treasure they possess, in the form of holy names of Lord Krishn!

My head bows in shame that despite your facing such adverse circumstances while preaching, the worldwide Vaishnava community, especially from India, didn't even feel the need to come to your help. I pray that your diaries serve as a wake-up call to all people who love Shri Radha Krishn, to realize that they all must support genuine acharyas like you, with mind, body and spirit!

May the movement of Lord Chaitanya always flourish,
Vinay Aggarwal.
Munich, Germany.

Dear Vaisnavas,

All glories to Srila Prabhupada,
All glories to sri sir Radha-Krishna !
I read the latest entry with a lot of worry, and was glad to get to the end and read it wasn't serious.
I have seen Indradyumna Swami just once when he breifly visited Melbourne and he emailed me about something about 2 years ago & encouraged me.

He is an absolute saint and he is adored everywhere he goes. But it is also right that his own health & spiritual life is a reasonable priority.

We can't selfishly demand 'more, more, more' all the time. A good disciple should be loyal in obeying instructions and not needing more association & motivation first.
( Prabhupada said we only need a minute to surrender, and just a moments association with a pure devotee )

All glories to Indradyumna Swami Maharaj !!!!!!

Dear and respected Swamiji,

Hare Krishna,

I am addicted and it is just intoxicating. Please never fall short in writing your diary. Even if it is required to cut short, to utilize moments for more pressing assignments.
At the most request a devotee for dictation but pleases it should reach us. Please. I am too lowly a soul but I feel privileged to express, that I have wept on every page of your diary and it is so amazing that Lord literally hears and speaks to you. You are that very divine personality on whom we would always remain indebted.

Hare Krishna.
Warm regards/sudipkumar

hare krsna to everyone... i am yasoda nandana dasa from italy, disciple of Srila Bhakti Vaibhava Puri Goswami Maharaja.. i'm musician, music teacher.. practicing (insufficiently) krsna consciousness by the 80s..
i read with great interests every message from Srila Indradyumna Swami Maharaja.. and there's nothing to do, everytime i cry with joy for the increasing glory of the Samkirtana Movement in the world, for the constant and ever increasing dynamic revelation than everyone is a Krsna Bhakta in his heart.
I sincerely have a great envy for Srila Indradyumna Swami Maharaja who, with his purity of hearth, is directed by Sri Krsna Bhagavan to meet such great number of elevated souls in every place of the world, and i sincerely envy those souls who have the precious association of Srila Swami Maharaja..

one time i saw Srila Indradyumna Maharaja in Vrindavan, Krsna Balaram Mandhir... i immediately went to him to make my prostrated obeisances, when i raised my head and i lokeed at his eyes, i had the vivid impression that he was, in his heart, surprised by the fact that someone could have decided to offer to him an homage or a sign of submission..
i am a conditionated soul, and i see only the conditionated world... but sincerely i believed to feel a great sense of humility by such little closeness with Srila Indradyumna Swami Maharaja

please accept everyone my humble obeisances, please Srila Indradyumna Maharaja pray for me that i remain forever in the association of devotees and that i will have your direct association

Hare Krishna, Maharaja!

Please accept my hunble obeisances. All glory and honour to Srila Prabhupada!

I first read of your travels to the Zulu people in an older BTG magazine. I was more than impressed and felt some tears after this heartwarming article. Your travels to the tsunami victims also warmed my heart and made me grateful to find Krishna Consciousness. There are not many preachers and spiritual masters like yourself who are truly kind to the devotees or will walk the walk rather than just talk the talk. Thank-you for your good influence and for truly showing what it means to have love for Krishna & the Holy Names.

Sincerely,
A. Hergenrother

Dear Indradumyna Maharaj,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to your divine lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I feel very fortunate to be able to write few words in appreciation for your diaries and your festivals - Woodstock Festival and Festival of India. Each time I read your diaries, the first question comes to my mind is " From where can a person gather so much of stamina." Then immediately the mind answers to my question, " Krishna's mercies." Maharaj your diaries are a great source of inspiration for me to develop faith and devotion for Krishna. A good friend helped me obtain your book, Diary of a Travelling Preacher which you so mercifully autographed with your blessing and good wishes. I am very overwhelmed with your mercies, it is indeed my good fortune. Along with your book I was able to obtain a copy of Woodstock Festival dvd. I had tears in my eyes, seeing the dedication of each one of you and your team members. At one time I was to deeply touched that I said to you in my heart, if my daughter ( 9 years old now) and I could ever participate to help you with the Festivals in this lifetime, we would go out and do so. Thank you very much Maharaj for all that you give to the readers, to us. We pray to Lord Nrsimhadev to protect you from all dangers and always help you to be successful in your great mission. We hope to continuosly receive your mercies, the nectar, in the form your diaries.
All glories to Sri Sri Guru and Gauranga ! Hare Krishna.

H.H. Indradyumna Swami was in Chicagoland during the last week of march 2005.
By Krishna's mercy, my article about the announcement of the ISKCON Chicago programs of Chaitanya Jayanti, Holi, and Bhakti Yoga Festival (organized by Maharaja in Unitarian Church in a Chicago suburb) was published in INDIA TRIBUNE, a local paper. After the programs my report about them was also published in the same paper.

For the background research on Maharaja (for writing the reports), I read the Volume 5 of his diary in a very short time. I loved the book. (Now I have started reading it second time). While reading some passages, my eyes get filled with tears!

While interviewing Maharaja after his discourse at the ISKCON Chicago temple on Sunday, March 27, I mentioned to him that his book can win a Pulitzer Prize!

My wife Hasu and I had a good fortune to have darshan of Srila Prabhupada in July 1974 during the first Rathyatra in Chicago. I gave my article about our darshan to Maharaja.

Maharaja was just here this last week in Boulder/Denver, CO USA. The devotees are very inspired (it's nice to see inspiration in the U.S.) My wife in particular, after struggling for a couple of years, has gained renewed determination to participate in ISKCON. This is all by the mercy of Maharaja.

I would be very much interested in receiving via email the latest diary entries. I have a devotee friend, Visnujana dasa, that is diciple of HH Indradyumna Swami, and I was very interested in learning more about his spiritual master. I was just initiated December 24th by Bir Krishna Goswami. In any case, I am planning on ordering one of the many volumes of his book, Traveling Preacher. I was at a Bhakta Vrsta program Saturday, and I picked up volume 4, and started reading. I must admit, it was hard to put down. So I think I will get one of my own.

Thank goodness for the traveling preacher website. Without it, I never would have been able to discover the glories of my dear spiritual master. I was so happy to find it when I searched the internet with his name.
Indradyumna Maharaja has changed my life in so many ways. He has instructed me how to become a better Vaisnavi and how to properly serve the Lord. He has made me dance in ectasy during his melodious kirtans, and he has brought tears to my eyes during his lectures. He is truly a pure devotee, fervently serving Lord Caitanya while preaching in parts of the world where no one else dares to go.

I recommend that all Vaisnvas listen to, read from, and sing with our spiritual master, Indradyumna Maharaja, and feel the love of God surround you!
